We will dedicate ourselves to the compliance and risk management needs of financial institutions and consequently are looking forward to hiring the true leaders in this industry.
Over the coming months as we develop our operations, we will be looking for visionary leaders that want to participate in this new changing economy. Following are the areas that we will be recruiting for:
Compliance Professionals – We are seeking individuals that have at least 7 years relevant experience in regulatory compliance with an emphasis on anti-money laundering, suspicious activity identification, enhanced due diligence review, and risk assessed policy and procedure development. Experience with a consulting firm that specialized in financial institutions is required. Further working as either a regulator or a compliance manager for a financial institution will be considered.
Risk Professionals – We are seeking individuals that have at least 5 years relevant experience in enterprise risk management. Work for a consulting firm that specialized in financial institutions is required. Having served as a senior risk officer is also highly desired.
Sales Professionals – A self starter able to help define sales and marketing for a new venture. A true professional that is able to take a hands-on approach from lead generation to close for high end software solutions and professional services to the financial community. Relevant experience should include either the sale of complex software solutions or the sale of professional services to banks, insurance firms, or the securities industry.
Software Engineers – Seeking senior software engineers that have a vision to use the latest technology to create commercial software products that can truly disrupt the status quo. At least 8 years experience is required with a focus on commercial software product development. Relevant technologies include SaaS and rich web delivery experience.
